Brown Pelican
The Brown Pelican is the smallest of the three pelican species found in the Western Hemisphere. It weighs between 6-12 pounds and has a wingspan from 6-8ft.
The pelican has the most amazing colored bill I've ever seen, and the tuft of feathers on the back of its head gives the pelican character that I've rarely seen on any bird.
